ISO(lation) LIFE- What have we been doing?
Our Team is managing social isolation in their different ways.
Coach Dave “made an investment in a 1000 piece puzzle [believe it or not] and enjoying watching my almost two year old get more clever each and every day”.
Coach Rose “keeping active with workouts in my backyard with family”.
Coach Jack “Uni work remains but I have started a running program with my Dad”
Coach Dan “Busy renovating my clinic space at Apex Health Movement”.
Coach Liam “Uni work and continuing to help my exercise physiology clients under social isolation rules”.

You might have found the time (or this time has been forced upon you) but it is important to use it properly. Play a board game or do some physical activity together. Deepen those connections with the people most important to you.

We are excitedly about to embark on a collaborative staff training exercise to remain in the swings of things to get right back to it when restrictions are lifted.
